平均心率158，最高心率183，平均配速537。今天FR235给出的距离比平时少，少了至少50米。今天我一路在想我是不是应该进入MAF180模式。从现在的心率数据看来我已经在用比较拼的模式了，虽然感觉上并不很明显，因为多出来的5点心率是用来出汗的。我想保持速度，但我知道这样的心率长期下去不好。#xrspook未行够#
