平均心率150，最高心率174，平均配速605。我也说不准为什么近期工作日10K Scosche Rhythm+前2K的心率总是高得神经病。热身的时候就偏高很多，怎么可能轻易就有有氧心率的程度呢！我还没发热出汗更加不用说呼吸急促了。幸好后面又正常回来。Rhythm+这东西有校正的么？#xrspook未行够#
