平均心率113，最高心率128，平均配速533。原地跳。这一次跟之前不同，之前我只是凭借自己的感觉来，这次我是看着FR235的心率加码的，跳着跳着我就会越来越慢，心率会自动降低，所以当我发现心率到达110左右的时候我就会主动加速。所以这次的平均步频很碉堡，达到了神一般的225。#xrspook未行够#
